Michael Stevenson, better known by his stage name Tyga, is a rapper from the West Coast who signed to Young Money Ent in 2007. Tyga met Lil Wayne through his close-friend at the time, Travis McCoy, who you may know from Gym Class Heroes.Tygaman released his debut album in 2008 called No Introduction, which was followed by various mixtapes during his time at Young Mula that have all been received well, thus reflecting the name of one of his tapes – Well Done.
Tyga has established himself in the mainstream market with hits such as “Far Away” and “Rack City“, which helped his debut album on Young Money, Careless World: Rise of the Last King, debut in the top 5 of Billboard’s album chart. T-Raw is currently promoting his album on his own headlining tour that he plans to take overseas in the summer.
